The event hosted by Talya Bilişim General Coordinator Nilüfer Durukal and Technology Development Group Head Kemal Oral began with a presentation by eFinans Channel Management Director İlke Altın. The presentation focused on the legal procedures, application areas, differences, and advantages of e-Invoice, e-Ledger, and e-Archive applications, conducted interactively with a Q&A session.
After lunch, Talya Bilişim software specialist Hakan Çiçek continued the meeting with a presentation on the Elektra Commercial Set Program and e-archive integration. The presentation emphasized the advantages for facilities using Elektra Commercial Set in the e-archive integration process and the economic pricing offered. Special information packages and presentations were digitally distributed to all participants.
WHAT IS E-ARCHIVE?
It is an application that allows issuing invoices electronically to real and legal persons who are not e-invoice taxpayers, in accordance with the conditions stated in General Communiqué No. 433 of the Tax Procedure Law, and storing the second copy of the invoice electronically.
IT IS VERY EASY FOR HOTELS TO SWITCH TO THIS SYSTEM
First, they must be e-invoice taxpayers. After applying to the Revenue Administration (GİB) and obtaining a Financial Seal Certificate and becoming an e-invoice taxpayer, they can become e-archive taxpayers by either contracting with a suitable integrator or integrating their own IT systems. This process is quite easy for facilities using Elektra Commercial Set because their accounting module is ready for e-archive following e-invoice and e-ledger applications. eFinans is a solution partner in this process, offering system setup at very advantageous prices, both for connector software and per unit.
ATTENTION TO TAXPAYERS WITH REVENUE OVER 5 MILLION
Taxpayers selling goods and services over the internet with a gross sales revenue of 5 million Turkish Lira or more in 2014 are obliged to switch to the e-Archive Application by January 1, 2016, at the latest.
At this point, it is worth noting that with advancing technology, the integration of financial systems into digital environments will inevitably include all taxpayers. Companies that adapt early to e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive applications, even if not required, will always be a step ahead in their development processes. Also, storing financial documents digitally instead of on paper provides significant advantages such as time and labor savings and easier financial auditing.
HOTELS WILL SECURELY STORE GUEST INFORMATION
Facilities can issue e-archive invoices to customers who are not e-invoice taxpayers, and thanks to e-archive, invoices can be sent both as printed copies and electronically. Since the second copy of the invoice is stored electronically, no additional archiving is required. This electronic storage and presentation of the second copy will speed up the manual accounting process significantly. Also, with the e-archive invoices prepared electronically, hotels will easily and securely obtain and store correct CRM data such as guests’ emails and addresses.
E-ARCHIVE MEETING WITH TALYA BİLİŞİM AND E-FİNANS PARTNERSHIP
This meeting was organized through the partnership of Talya Bilişim and eFinans to inform our facilities about e-archive. Our customers in managerial positions in the tourism and health sectors attended the meeting. eFinans Channel Management Director İlke Altın personally participated, explained e-archive applications, and answered questions. We believe we cleared up the doubts of our facilities regarding e-archive.
The meeting also included a Q&A session regarding our Elektra Commercial Set Program, with software specialist Hakan Çiçek responding to questions. It was a very beneficial meeting for us to both meet with our customers and comprehensively discuss the e-archive topic.
