Clarification Text for Personal Data Protection Regarding Security Cameras
According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), TALYA BİLİŞİM TİC. VE SAN. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “TALYA BİLİŞİM”) is defined as the data controller due to processing your personal data. According to Article 10 of the Law titled "Obligation to Inform," data controllers are obliged to inform the natural persons whose personal data they process about certain matters. This text has been prepared by TALYA BİLİŞİM to ensure compliance with the legislation as well as to be transparent and accountable. Data Subject You, whose personal data we process through our company’s security cameras, are defined as the data subject by law. Data Controller TALYA BİLİŞİM is the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data, establishing and managing the data recording system. Personal Data Refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.Through a total of 32 security cameras located at the entrance doors, visitor waiting areas, corridors and rooms on floors, and common working areas of our Teknokent central and Liman branch buildings, video recordings are made for the purpose of ensuring building security, and the recording process is supervised by the Administrative Unit.Your Personal Data Processed According to Procedures, Processing Purposes, and Legal Grounds

Processed by Us. To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred Your personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities without an obligation to inform and without requiring your explicit consent upon request, within the scope of Article 28/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Apart from this, in unforeseeable circumstances, your personal data may also be transferred to public institutions specified by law (such as Ministries or administrative authorities) upon their request, within the purposes and limitations set forth by the law. Outside of these legal obligations, where there is no obligation to inform or obtain your explicit consent, your personal data will not be transferred. Methods of Obtaining Personal Data Your personal data is obtained automatically through cameras when you enter the field of view of our campus surveillance cameras. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal DataData subjects must primarily address their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller.
Under the law, regarding your personal data, you have the right to: | |

b) Request information if your personal data has been processed, | |
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used accordingly, | |
d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, | |
e) Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, | |
f) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, | |
g) Request notification of the actions taken under (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, | |
h) Object to the emergence of a result against you by exclusively analyzing your processed data through automated systems, | |
i) Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. |

By sending an email from your registered secure email address in our system to the registered email address.
Your application must include:
Your full name and signature (if the application is in writing);
Your Turkish Republic ID number if you are a Turkish citizen; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or if available, your ID number;
Your official residential or business address for notification purposes;
If available, your notification email address, phone, and fax numbers;
The subject of your request;
Additionally, any relevant information and documents related to your request should be attached.
