As Elektraweb, we have been working to provide you and our business partners with the highest performance and uninterrupted service without any integration cost for a long time. In order to ensure that the increasing intensity of use and third party programs work more healthily and smoothly with the Elektraweb system, it has become necessary to commission additional server investments and more advanced network protocols.
These investments are critical in terms of maintaining all integrations in a fast, secure and smooth manner, maintaining the current performance of Elektraweb and further improving your user experience.
For this reason, in order to cover the costs arising from the mandatory investments made, we have to charge an annual service fee from our solution partners and our hotels using these integrations. This service fee is calculated based on the number of rooms of our hotels and will be only 1 Euro per hotel room per year, with a minimum annual amount of 120 Euros.
