  • After the ID photo and identity information are transferred to the front desk program, they can be encrypted so that only authorized personnel with the password can access the IDs.

  • The ID photo can be deleted immediately after being taken or automatically deleted after a specified number of days.

  • Photos and data can be automatically deleted at set intervals.

  • Transferred IDs can be removed from the list to prevent anyone from accessing them.

  • ID photos are stored encrypted and can only be accessed via Kimlikokur.
