Talya Bilişim, which provides technological solutions to hotels and healthcare institutions, supplied Istanbul Silence Hotel with its newly released Elektra V4 program. This year, the company also became the solution partner of three hotels in the Far East for the first time.
As Talya Bilişim, we have been offering technological solutions to the tourism sector under the Elektra brand for nearly 20 years. Since our goal is to meet all software-related needs of hotels, we constantly develop the number and content of our modules. The Elektra Hotel Management System, consisting of 22 different modules, is a system that covers all processes within the hotel starting from guest check-in at the front office.
In addition to our standardized modules such as front office, accounting, stock, and cost management, we meet hotel needs with applications like iSafe, which fulfills the requirements of Law No. 5651; timeshare management especially preferred in thermal facilities; and Mobile Management, which allows management of the facility from smartphones.
Additionally, our hotel management system, whose technological infrastructure was renewed recently, took its place under the name Elektra V4. Elektra V4 automatically creates a digital copy when invoices are issued and/or foreign currency transactions are made, and in addition, it can store scanned documents such as purchase invoices in the software.
Another work directed to the tourism sector is that since 2006, we have been teaching our Elektra branded system as a course in tourism vocational high schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, as well as in universities such as Çukurova, Uludağ, Dokuz Eylül, Özyeğin, Başkent, and Osmangazi. While half of our total activity area is the tourism sector, we also provide services in healthcare with our Medisoft hospital management software.
The renewed and comprehensive Elektra V4 software was used at Silence Istanbul
With 20 years of experience, Talya Bilişim has been involved in more than 2,300 hotel projects. Among these hotels are many large facilities such as Peninsula, Ramada Plaza Antalya, Malatya, Izmit, Tekirdağ hotels, Noa Group, Yazıcı Group, Hillside Hotels, Aqua Fantasy Hotel, Officers’ Houses, Provincial Houses, and Judges’ Houses. Additionally, this year, we made installations in three hotels on Phuket Island in the Far East for the first time.
Our infrastructure work ensuring maximum guest satisfaction at Silence Beach Hotel enabled our participation in the Silence Istanbul hotel project. We used the Elektra V4 system in the Silence Istanbul project. With this system, the facility ensures that room availability and pricing information are simultaneously reflected in online sales points. Also, incoming reservations are automatically recorded in the Elektra front office program at the same time. Furthermore, room status information is shared on the hotel’s own website.
With Elektra V4, whose contract structure we developed, we provided flexible rule definition capabilities to report contracts and discounts.
