Talya Information Technologies, which has long met the software needs of hotels with its Elektra Hotel Management System, designs its products in line with the concepts of hotels. Operating with a similar approach in the Ramada Plaza Izmit project, the company used a new, hotel-specific product in this project. As Talya Information Technologies, we have been offering technological solutions to the tourism sector under the Elektra Hotel Management System brand for over 20 years. Our company has two types of software; one is for the healthcare sector, and the other is related to the tourism sector… With our hotel software, Elektra Hotel Management Software, we ensure the management of all hotel departments—from the front office to accounting, from stock and asset management to marketing and sales tracking. Covering more than 50% of our total operations, the Elektra software has been used in the tourism sector since 1996. In 2008, we renewed its technological infrastructure and launched Elektra V3. In addition to software, we also provide consultancy services. Our consultancy includes determining the necessary modules depending on the hotel’s size and needs and adapting them to the hotel's operation model. Moreover, we make decisions together with hotels to find software suitable for their way of working. This is the most important part of the process, because each hotel differs in terms of concept. We develop our software to meet these flexible structures. In addition to our services, our software program is taught as a course in tourism schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education to help train personnel for the tourism sector. We Can Meet All the Needs of the Business as a company, we have taken part in the projects of many prestigious hotels such as Pasha Palace, Teona, Arya, Pelemir Hotel, Adam & Eve, and Hill Side. The most important reason hotels like Ramada Plaza Izmit chose us was our ability to meet all the needs of the business. At Ramada Izmit, we used Elektra Program’s front office, accounting, stock and cost analysis, point of sale (POS) system, human resources, sports and SPA management, interactive TV, banquet, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and asset modules. Since all our modules work in an integrated structure, data flow progresses quickly and accurately. Our goal was to help the hotel minimize its expenses while maximizing guest satisfaction. Elektra features both optimize the operational process and enable the management to make quick and accurate decisions through detailed analyses. We also used our ‘Mobile Management’ application, which we designed to facilitate operations at the facility. Hotel managers can instantly access occupancy rates, hotel-related information, and all reports while outside the hotel. In addition, guests arriving at Ramada Plaza can download this application to their mobile phones and join many programs. Guests can not only get information about the hotel but also make reservations for SPA services, tennis courts, etc. At the same time, they can monitor their hotel expenditures in real time through this application.
