The company, which has been serving Doğan Group's first three hotels Flower Garden, Seaport Hotel, and Club Dem with the Elektra Hotel Management System for many years, also installed the same system at Quattro Beach Spa & Resort hotel.
As a company, we have two main products; Medisoft Hospital Management Software prepared for the healthcare sector and Elektra Hotel Management Software offered for the tourism sector. As Talya Bilişim, we have been providing solutions to the tourism sector under the Elektra brand for over 20 years. Elektra is a product that has been in the sector since 1996, and its technological infrastructure was recently renewed, taking the name Elektra v4. The Elektra Hotel Management System consists of 41 different modules, covering all processes within the hotel starting from guest check-in at the front desk. Our aim is to meet all software needs of our hotels, so we continuously develop the number and content of our modules. Besides our standardized modules such as front desk, accounting, stock, and cost management, we also meet the needs of our hotels with applications like i-Safe; Timeshare Management preferred especially in thermal facilities, Online Reservation and Sales Channel Method used for promoting and selling the hotel on the internet and receiving reservations from its own website, and "mobile management" which allows facility management from smartphones, ensuring our hotels offer the latest technological developments to their guests.
As part of the consultancy service we provide along with the software, we decide together which of our modules will be used according to the size and needs of the hotel and what kind of adaptation work should be done in the software to fit the working style of the hotel. Actually, this is the most important part of the job, as every hotel operates differently according to its concept, and the software needs to be flexible enough to respond to these differences. We have completed over 3000 tourism projects to date. The other hotels of the group including Quattro Beach Spa & Resort hotel, Flower Garden, Seaport Hotel, and Club Dem have been managed with the Elektra Hotel Management System for many years. As a result of the satisfaction of our hotel users, Elektra was also preferred at the newly opened Quattro Beach Spa Resort Hotel. Installation, training, and after-sales support services for the hotels were carried out by our business partner Göktaş Bilgisayar. At Quattro Beach Spa Resort, in addition to the Front Desk, Switchboard, Accounting, and Stock modules of the Elektra Hotel Management System, the Identity Reader Program and Card Door Integration were used. The Identity Reader Program is used to speed up check-in operations and reduce the risk of errors to zero. This increases guest satisfaction as the hotel does not keep guests waiting. At the same time, since photocopying is not required, paper and toner costs are completely eliminated. The Elektra Card Door Integration Software automatically prepares door cards from Elektra at the check-in stage.
