"Kimlik Okur" Increases Guest Satisfaction in Hotels
Talya Bilişim’s new product, "Kimlik Okur", which is also used in Istanbul Hilton and Conrad hotels and meets the needs of the tourism sector, helps businesses save time while also providing cost savings. "Kimlik Okur" is used at hotel front desks and reads all kinds of identity documents via a scanner, transferring the data to the front desk software in about 3 seconds, and stores it electronically indefinitely. With Kimlik Okur, the archiving of information and manual entry of mandatory fields is eliminated, resulting in maximum time efficiency and significant savings on photocopy and toner costs.

Following research conducted worldwide by Hilton hotels, it was decided that Kimlik Okur, with a 99% reading accuracy rate, transfers the most accurate and fastest information. It was approved and adopted by Hilton headquarters in the USA. Kimlik Okur operates integrated with special software developed by Hilton and is actively used at Istanbul Hilton and Conrad Hilton hotels.
