Hillside Beach Club Joins the Elektra Family (Wednesday, July 26, 2006, Fethiye)
Hillside Beach Club in Fethiye joined the Elektra family on July 26, 2006. At Hillside, the Elektra Hotel Management System’s modules used include Front Office, POS, Switchboard, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Fault Tracking, SPA, and Banquet.
What differentiates Hillside Beach Club from other facilities is its unique management approach that keeps guest satisfaction at the highest level. In this respect, it is very important that the software used keeps information in easily accessible formats and provides accurate analyses.
With Elektra, approximately 15 years of historical data were transferred into the system, and all information related to current guests’ stays is kept in the system in great detail. Based on this information, different discount packages can be applied to guests’ additional expenses. Thus, services can be tailored to each guest or group’s individual preferences.
The program automatically prepares bills in different languages according to the guests’ nationalities. All sales and revenues made at Hillside Beach Club have been integrated into accounting while preserving the previously used, familiar formats.
