They can log in directly via an SMS code sent to their mobile phones, access their profile information and past reservations. Additionally, all work orders that need to be done according to the guest’s CRM data are automatically sent to departments through the online reservation. Thus, all preparations, notifications, and tasks related to the guest’s check-in, check-out, and stay are sent as work orders to relevant units and automatically tracked. 2. Loyalty and Bonus System

3. Online Check-in /Chek-out /Payment /Bill

5. Web Customer Tracking

Every visitor who enters your online reservation page but leaves without completing the booking is automatically saved in the Elektraweb system. These visitors are followed up to secure bookings.

Thanks to our partnership with Google Analytics, all requests to the hotel’s online reservation page are analyzed according to many parameters and presented as graphs. User behavior is analyzed for both completed and abandoned reservations to improve accordingly.

Payments for reservations coming from all online channels or agencies can be made by sending a secure payment link from the reservation card. Partial or full payment can be requested. Guests using our online reservation system can book with different prices and currencies based on their market country. For example, different prices can be set for domestic, European, and CIS markets. Guests see prices according to the hotel’s pricing set for the country identified by their IP.

14. Dynamic Pricing

With dynamic pricing, automatic discounts can be set based on hotel occupancy and days left to guest arrival. For example, if occupancy is below 50%, a 25% discount can be given for reservations arriving today. When occupancy exceeds 50%, the discount is automatically deactivated.
