Elektra Technology Manages the Largest Hotel in the Benelux Countries

Thanks to the online check-in feature provided by Elektraweb, guests can complete their check-in process online before arriving at the hotel.They can take and add their passport/identity photo with their mobile phone, tablet or computer camera, and even have the system automatically fill in their identity information using the OCR method. At this stage, they can also put their signatures directly on the screen and give the necessary consent electronically for GDPR and other transactions. Each person can fill in their own information, as well as collective check-in for those staying in the same room. With online booking, channel management (siteminder integration) and tour operator integrations, bookings are automatically transferred to the Elektraweb front office module and confirmed. Thanks to POS, accounting, door lock and IP switchboard integrations, it can be used in harmony with 3rd party systems.
