As in many hotels, 10 of the 18 modules of Elektra Hotel Automation were actively used in Istanbul Via Hotel in line with the needs of the facility. Nilüfer Durukal, General Coordinator of Talya Bilişim, which offers Elektra brand to the tourism sector, explained the product activities to RESORT. As Talya Bilişim, we produce computer software known as Elektra brand in the market, which is used by accommodation facilities such as hotels, holiday villages, etc. and businesses such as restaurants, cafes and bars. Our hotel software consists of 18 different modules that will enable a hotel to be managed with all its units from front office to accounting, from stock and inventory management to marketing and sales. Tourism is a sector that we have been in for about 15 years and covers more than half of our total activities. As a company, we have 2 main products. Medisoft Hospital Management Software for the health sector and Elektra Hotel Management Software for the tourism sector. Elektra is a product that was in the sector in 1996, its technological infrastructure was renewed in 2008 and renamed Elektra v3 and as of 2010, it is actively used by more than 2000 hotels. Among our users, there are many large facilities such as Yazıcı Group, Paşa Group, Noa Group, Adam & Eve, Hill Side hotels, Aqua Fantasy, which is the largest hotel in Turkey with a capacity of 3500 beds, Klassisler, Orduevleri, Vilayetevleri. Apart from these, we have an effort to train personnel for the sector. As you know, Elektra is taught as a course in many universities and tourism schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. In addition, there are more than 50,000 tourism professionals that we have both trained within our own organization and brought into the sector through our dealers. In Istanbul Via Hotel, 10 of the 18 modules of Elektra Hotel Automation are actively used in line with the needs of the facility. Via Hotel realizes the follow-up of stock and general accounting records with the finance management module. The registration, payroll, payroll, official declarations, visit cards and permissions of the employees of Istanbul Via Hotel are easily organized with our Human Resources module. The Pay TV module, on the other hand, allows the guest, who is greeted with Via Hotel's greeting text when he/she enters his/her room, to watch movies from the hotel's movie archive for a fee in addition to the standard channels. Thanks to the inventory module of the Elektra Program, which is also implemented at Via Hotel, inventory tracking is carried out at the hotel, and barcodes can be printed according to the characteristics and location of the products by counting with barcode handheld computers. In addition, warranty and service agreements are easily monitored. Via Hotel uses Opex module to increase efficiency in operation management. Opex controls workflow processes such as all work task problems, messages, decisions and announcements within the hotel, thus ensuring uninterrupted information flow between employees, which in turn returns to the guest as perfect service.Via Hotel can also track appointments and stock status in the Spa center with our Health and Sports module. The debts of the guests arising from the transactions made are instantly transferred to the customer account and they can calculate the premiums of the employees. With the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program, all complaints and requests received by the hotel can be tracked. In this way, they can determine the preferences of customers and respond to requests in line with their wishes.
