Guests click the online check-in button on the hotel’s website, enter their voucher number, last name, and check-in dates on the displayed screen, and the fields to be filled appear automatically. Guests complete check-in by taking a photo of their passport/ID with their phone and entering the required information. This eliminates waiting and ID exchanges at the front desk, reducing contamination risk.

One-Click Transfer of Agency Reservations to Front Office
Thanks to the integration between Elektraweb Front Office Program and Sejour agency software, all agency reservations received by the hotels can be transferred to the front office quickly and without errors with one click.
