Guests can click the online check-in button on the hotel’s website, enter their voucher number, surname, and check-in dates on the displayed screen, and the required fields will appear automatically. They can complete check-in by taking a photo of their passport/ID with their phone and entering necessary information, eliminating waiting and ID exchange at the front desk, reducing contamination risk.

If guests prefer to check in at the reception, their ID information can still be transferred contactlessly to the Elektraweb front office module via Kimlikokur. Using any webcam, Kimlikokur employs OCR technology to accurately read and input ID data into the system.
