With the integration of the Elektra Hotel Program and Telephone Switchboard, all the requests coming from call center are recorded. When the reservation is made, it is merged with the guest profile. Incoming call is matched with the guest name, allowing you to see all the past call and reservation information. In this way, hotel user can easily direct the guest and manage the whole process with a single program.

You can easily match the phone numbers if the calls were made with customer key cards, by your members or previously if they were recorded calls

– The call screen appears with the caller ID
– If there was a previous conversation, the information of it appears on the screen


Detailed reports can be taken based on the conversation

Profile informations can be obtained such as the guest’s previous complaints, surveys that has been filled by them, their accommodation information etc.

– With the online reservation module you can see the availability and price level of the hotels
– You can record the reservations temporarily

– Later, temporary reservations can be seen from the “Show Basket” link and there, the reservations can be set permanently
– You will be directed to the credit card payment process by clicking the link “Receive Payment”
