In ElektraWeb system’s Call log part, hotel property can keep records of guests’ requests to get in touch with the hotel. Some guests enter their personal information but for some reasons they cannot complete the reservation. Tracking of this guest’s booking activities and status can be done from Call log screen of ElektraWeb. From this feature, hotelier can see guest details and contact them through phone, remainder SMS and/or e-mail.
Though this ElektraWeb feature, hotel will be able to establish contact with potential guests. This will give them the opportunity to convince potential customers that their hotel is the perfect one for them. If customers do not make reservation, hotels will still get an insight into reasons behind this and react accordingly.
