In Elektraweb system, under the Call log part, hotel property can keep records of those guests who started making reservation from hotel’s online reservation channel and entered their personal information such as name, surname, phone and or e-mail address. However, for some reasons these reservations were not completed. Tracking of this guest’s booking activities and status can be done from Call log screen of Elektraweb. From this feature, hotelier can see details about this potential reservation and he will be able to get in contact with potential customers through phone call, remainder SMS and/or e-mail.
Though this Elektraweb feature, hotel will be able to establish contact with potential guests and those who still have not decided to make reservations. This will give them the opportunity to convince potential customers that their hotel is the perfect one for them. On the other side, if customers do not make reservation, hotels will still get an insight into reasons behind this and they will be able to react accordingly.
