ElektraWeb cloud-based software has numerous generic features for more effective and efficient management of the hotel property. One of these is digital archive of the documents imported in the systems.
Hotel users will be able to add an unlimited number of documents or photos to the reservation, sales projects, room-related records or any other section inside the ElektraWeb program where users wish to enable upload of the desired documents. For example, these can be guest vouchers, copies of the contracts made with different firms and travel agencies and similar. All these files can be uploaded in the format of users choice. These are kept under the related sections inside the ElektraWeb PMS and can be listed on the user’s request.
