Second basic operation is the check-out or taking desired reservation(s) to departure list.
To do the check-out with Elektraweb:
- Folio balance should be at zero,
- Check-out and program date should be the same.
Firstly, system controls the room’s departure date at the beginning of the check-out. Then, collection screen is opened for those rooms where folio balance is not zero. This is because, prior to check-out, payment for the room and all related expenses should be completed.
Finally, through Elektraweb online PMS, receptionists can easily do the check-out from the room calendar screen. All they have to do is to do the right mouse click on the desired record from the calendar. From displayed dropping list, selecting check-out will automatically send this reservation to the Departure List.
