One of the features in ElektraWeb is the Call Log list. Its use is to keep track of call requests left by the potential guests. In addition, there are information about guests who started making reservation from hotel’s online page, but didn’t complete it.
At the message part of the card, we can see details about potential reservation and guest’s notes related to this call request. If desired, by clicking on Continue Reservation, users can proceed with it from the step where the guest stopped during reservation process. In addition, hotelier can get in contact with the guest by sending a remainder SMS, e-mail or calling the customer. Each call can be of different category and grouped accordingly in the ElektraWeb system.
Through this ElektraWeb feature, hoteliers will be able to establish contact with potential guests. They will be able to answer their requests or assist them in the booking decision making process.
